Mr. Ramsey has served as the principal of the Otto-Eldred Junior Senior High since 2011. Prior to his post at Otto-Eldred, he was an assistant principal with Susquenita School District and taught for both Williamsburg Community and Eastern York School Districts. Mr. Ramsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from The Pennsylvania State University and was conferred a Master of Education degree from Edinboro University, where he also earned a Principal K-12 certification and PA Superintendent’s Letter of Eligibility.
